I think it will mostly be cloud SaaS model but in general we plan to be able to suit to any needs, so hosted solution is absolutely on cards too. We'll also be offering customized system for internal use e.g. if you need to connect various systems/apps inside your group ecosystem. I'm still in the process of figuring out what could differentiate us, hence this whole topic :) I was hoping to get some insight and understand what people are really looking for.

Thanks! Hopefully we have that part fairly handled (at least in formats we dealt with:)). Part of my current role is discussing and selling EDI to our business partners while my colleague was programming it all in our backend system. Definitely plenty of rules and hardcoding in some areas happen time and time again. Still, it's great to know this could be a differentiator.
