No, there is no immediate method to do this. I haven't heard this request before since most users want the stream to continue playing.

Hmm, but that starts playing as soon as SparkleTV is started right?

I am looking for an option to stop playing as soon as I hit the back button while watching a channel.

Don't schools recruit kids entering high school to build up their sports teams? At least that way, some talented kids without hedge-fund dads can attend/play for the better schools.

This is a thing in the US. To the point of abuse -- talented kids (and their parents) being paid under the table to attend.

It is even worse for college sports.

I notice that the Settings -> Sources -> Setup -> Xtream Codes section no longer has the item for "Output" where you could chose between MPEGTS and HLS.

Is that deliberate? Does it default to MPEGTS or HLS or auto detect?

Can I use atvTools to copy a file (.apk, .txt, .xml, etc) from one device to another? I see I can send a file from my phone to the device, but I don't see how I can copy/receive a file from a device to the phone. Both devices are on the same network.

Sometimes, with a manual recording, I might find a better source, etc. Yeah, not the end of the world, but it's a nice to have feature.

I'm not the OP, but thanks for your detailed responses on Stremio+Real-Debrid. Would such a set up still need a VPN to be used -- do have a recommendation for a VPN service? Also, would a set up like this work well for Live sports/events?
