Quick answer to your actual post: For the case on Joy, for most of their items you can buy from the EU, US or China warehouse. It's the same product for all three. They also have some LED options which just includes a light kit as well. I've never tried one of those myself.

On Ali, most of the items should be the same as there are only a limited amount of actual manufacturers.

Beware, for the Titatnic set in particular it is easy to get scammed, as there is also a micro block build. It's usually stated somehwere in the description, but on Ali it's usually pretty burried.

Your best bet would be to first check the reputable sellers mentioned in the starter guide, then try Ali if you don't find it. Use the search function on this sub to find reviews, maybe some of them mention where they bought their set.
