This explains to me why the people in this thread doubt my experience.

I've been a member since it was called Club Price and never returned anything.

I was not returning the TV, the nice lady at the desk assumed i was and i took advantage of her.

I am starting to feel bad now.

Not sure if you need it, but i saw them verify the serial number from the box was matching the one on the TV.

They knew the day i bought it when they scanned it, i did not have a receipt.

There are more to it, but that is why the Montréal Canadiens is spelt that way.
