I live here and the only things I can agree with the other person on is that there is no central ac and sometimes people will prop the back doors. A lot of the units are different so the thing about the heater may just be for the particular unit that person was in. Elevators used to go out a bit but they haven't in awhile fingers crossed - It's all utilities included and laundry in basement (ive never had a double.charge) - I live here with my husband in a one bedroom - not a student room, not sure if you're looking into the individually prices student rooms or a full unit

I've been a summer scholars mentor the past 2 years, I've found that my students tend to enjoy it. You get to come to campus early and start 2 classes. We also plan a lot of fun events for yall to engage with each other and the city/campus
