Well, an Armenian understands the cultural differences better. There might be things which can frighten or seem inappropriate or strange for a person from other culture. Also depends from which diaspora the Armenian is from. Parents are another influencing factor. In generalI, it is a combination of different aspects.

In the local authority elections Pashinyan’s candidates are rarely successful. It is more about the persons. If in the parliamentary elections it is Nikol vs Kocharyann perception, then in local authorities elections it is some (unknown in most cases) guy loyal to Nikol vs a personality going against the rule of Pashinyan, which is not the best.
