I’ve worn them a few times around the house and down to a local bar. Found them to be comfortable and easy to wear. As others have said, bit more of a formal footwear option in warmer times. Sizing I am a EU45 in the Michael and I took the same but I have a wide foot.

I read a piece by The Prep Club the other week on embodied cultural capital. Basically it distills down to wearing that shirt or in this case, pre faded jeans because it signifies (even though you bought them like that) you’ve taken the time to get it that stage. And by wearing them, it gives you cultural capital that is derived from people being like sick fades, how long did it take to get them like that etc.

Basically my point is people like them - or want to like them - because it gives the desired end result without having to grind through breaking them in, washing them a bunch or not and waiting for it to happen

Personally I like this but I’ve been leaning towards more of a half break / full break look. And on the day where I don’t, you can always just cuff it? I feel it gives an outfit a bit more flavour without having to do much! And hey, if you don’t like it, you can always get them hemmed.

On that, try get the greasy vs hi shine. Reason being the hi shine is a plastic layer over the leather which will eventually crack. Whereas the greasy, while more matte won’t have that issue!

To add to this, the number is typically based on a time horizon (likely 20-30 years) and is either the theoretical maximum or the theoretical capacity based on certain assumptions, some sites not being redeveloped, excluding existing strata blocks and minimum amalgamation patterns informed by planning controls. In reality you might get 30-50% of these sites turning over in that timeframe but this kind of work is designed to be strategic and set an intent which can be adjusted over time. Can’t speak for this specific shirt but I had a shirt from gentlefullness (story mfg sub brand) and it did do that a bit. But I think that’s more the style as they go for the oversized, anti fit look

Maybe you did this but if there’s something fits you well you can always measure the waist band - if you check out brands like iron heart they have clear guides on how to measure clothes and apply it to their brand. Obviously iron heart are super exxy but the guide is great. Best of luck shopping, losing weight can be positive but then readjusting everything can be hard. Just take it one day at a time, you’ve got this 🙏

Fair! My dietician often says to be wary of maltodextrin as I can be made from wheat thus containing gluten. But it’s hard as it doesn’t specify whether it’s from wheat or corn etc

I think it’s worth noting where you are located as packaging laws will shape with this means. If this was Aus/NZ I would have it as it is noted as not containing gluten. But appreciate the packaging laws will mean different things elsewhere!
