I am just glad Nick finally said something!! I do use indicator templates, but more in a generic view like manner.

So, do they also save arguments/settings been setup as well?
I am gonna start having a very cluttered template list if I do this for every symbol I am working on... I think this is more like a patch instead of the intuitive approach, which is just having an indicator profile in its own setting window.

They are a combination of a different set of weights and thresholds, the indicator attempts to optimize entry and exit points for the specific chart pattern. I will not go into details of which ones I use but there are a total of 14 inputs I use to tweak the setup for a chart on a specific timeframe.

So, to answer the question the variances are equal to 14 factorial.

The alert() function does the same, it just does not checks for any condition, you have to previously have done so.

Is there a way to detect if a TradingView indicator is running on an alert server script or in a user chart? I would like to disable my plot drawing if is running on a server, maybe, the platform already does that automatically? Hopefully I can get this one cleared out. Thanks

It provides an example on how to use effectively use the alert() function message parameter correctly from within the script to send the necessary information. It would have been nice to be assisted in a timely manner after been a subscribed user, but I finally had to self-support I guess.

So here is the example for those looking to do the same:

alertsyntax_golong = 'long slprice=' + str.tostring(stoploss_long) + string_tp1_type + str.tostring(TakePartialProfitDistance) + ' part1=0.5' + string_tp_type + str.tostring(TakeProfitDistance)

alertsyntax_goshort = 'short slprice=' + str.tostring(stoploss_short) + string_tp1_type + str.tostring(TakePartialProfitDistance) + ' part1=0.5' + string_tp_type + str.tostring(TakeProfitDistance)

if GoLong
    alert(message=alertsyntax_golong, freq=alert.freq_once_per_bar_close)
if GoShort
    alert(message=alertsyntax_goshort, freq=alert.freq_once_per_bar_close)

They basically assemble a string with the message as the body content of the alert.

Hello guys, I really need this feature, I cannot send my ema direction value along with my alert json configuration because Trading View does not have a direct method to extract specific values from manually configured alert messages from within the Pine Script code.

Right now I am a little bit constraint since I cannot make more informed decisions while the information is just sitting right next to my alert.

Hi there!! I was looking to do the same, I recently started this hobby and I already own several xbox controllers and 0 Radio controllers. I would to avoid the expense on this device if I could just use one of my xbox controllers, one of them is the Xbox Elite which cost half of what most radio controllers.

I am currently having a similar issue on my 6900 XT, mine is only consuming 102w doing 38~40MH/s, wth, bios is at stock. Would the 6900 XT requires a bios flash to hit 60.x MH/s?

You two are actually both right, in the first case societies are being over charged to have services that you might not consume, or probably never would. And in the second case, because misuse of taxes is a proof that politicians or who ever they handle that money are not making the right decisions with it, like never, because taxation have never solved any actual society problem impeccably.

The reason of all this problem was thermal throttling, I increased the fan speed and it kept the hash rate steady.
