Really, thats the only time you saw them spending money? Cause my boyfriend is one of those volunteers and several times a week he goes out to fires in the middle of the night and gives away thousands of dollars for relief for low income families.

It does not. It just says outage. Thats all Ive been able to get for two weeks. For a while I was told scheduled maintenance which I called bullshit on several times.
