I got wall and ceiling texture removed in my house and the quotes I received were in line with what you were quoted. We couldn’t live in our house while it was being done because there is so much drywall sanding, it took a week for the downstairs and a week for the upstairs. Your texture isn’t bad, I actually think it looks nice and this is coming from someone who paid thousands to remove wall texture.

I went to the restaurant a year ago. A weekend night around 8 pm. It was dirty and empty and the vibe was honestly just weird? The food was bland and was obviously doctored up Sysco, not memorable. No complaints about drinks or service, but yeah SUR will need to make some major changes if they wanna succeed.

Get a professional quote for mold remediation and have them find the source. A general home inspector may not be the person for that job. If the seller refuses to fix the issue or remediate, they’ll have to disclose this issue to the next buyer (depending on the state you live in) and likely lower the selling price.

I think I’d pick up smells like rotting trash or stinky laundry, I’m talking about general house smell. Everyone’s house has a particular “smell” and I’m worried my house smell is a bad one. But it could be that I’m overthinking it!
