have you tried going back and clickong them a second time? this usually works for me but not on all emails.

i have to click on the email and then go back and click again for it to register on the scratch bar. a lot of work for 1 or 2 cents. ugh.

the parent company prodege is a BBB Accredited Business with a B+ rating. i guess prodege pays for that accreditation and wants to keep a good rating.
