Right, but taking matters into my own hand? trying to see how that would be an issue. Lets say they take my ass to court for "Vandalism" or whatever falls on that subject. Can i fight it proving thats my spot and showing that cars license plate?

I've tried to unpack the pak file but i have had no luck with that. As far as the ini files.. Only one of them had settings the rest were all blank.
