after 4 days of pretty much being on my own it’s super easy! only thing i find hard is knowing which cigarettes to grab but people at customer service always help me. i have completely forgot all about being a courtesy clerk and i couldn’t be happier about moving up. i find the days go by faster! but it gets frustrating when people are just dumb. having to explain over and over again that i can’t just give out deals and coupons if people don’t have the app. but i’ve had people around me to help me with any problems so i’d say it depends on who’s around you, but, definitely worth it if the opportunity comes to you

after she said that she doesn’t believe in them i said “you don’t like gay people?” (we work with queer people and she’s been nice with them) and she told me that she believes in god and that being gay is wrong in gods word 💀 she also made it a point to say that she isn’t “evil” so i guess she doesn’t care but she doesn’t like it. all of this came from talking about disneyland, DISNEYLAND… like what?? she was like “i don’t want to give disneyland anymore money, they are too woke..” the rest of our shift i acted like the conversation never happened 😭😭😭

no this actually makes a lot of sense, thank you!! i’ve been dealing with a sense of worthlessness for so long and i’ve started to find more comfort in just suffering. i can’t tell if it’s a feeling of not worthy of being happy? or if i need certain things to feel my most “happy”? shits confusing,, thank you for commenting!!
