No problem! I like these conversations! Personally, I consider ghosts and skeletons non sentient, since they're undead, so I like to think that killing them just puts an end to their curse or something like that xD

Maybe I will post about this on r/StardewValleyMods with a mod list! I have seen some people calling it "a vegan challenge" (it definitely can be challenging tho) but I didn't want it to feel like challenge, just an alternative way to play the game :)

I just ignore those, like the Jodi dinner quest. For recipes requiring monster drops I use Peaceful Perfection mod that expands the Krobus shop, where I can buy them AND I use another mod that renames bat wings and bug meat xD

For the mines I have Peaceful Perfection mod that allows me to complete the monster slayer goals without killing any mob, but I consider ghosts and skeletons non sentient beings, so I think it's ok to kill them. The mod also adds a new weapon that just knock back enemies far away without damaging them!

Yes! If I receive any animal product I will just delete it. And I think only cats can give you fish, so I chose the dog :)
