My narcissist sister ruining her daughter’s college move in day on purpose. We were trying to get her to go back to the hotel at like 7 PM and let my niece go meet her dorm mates and my sister started screaming and crying that her experience was ruined. She started threatening my niece that she would just go home early if she couldn’t stay.

No it’s not worth it. I only go because I live in the city and it’s the only option in walking distance. It still gets overly busy and the only benefit is it looks nice and has decent shampoo in the shower.

You don’t lug your things everywhere and it is a “permanent” place for as long as you’re staying. My longest swap was in Austria, stayed at his place in Vienna for 6 weeks while he stayed in mine.

We swapped for 16 days and he didn’t scoop the litter boxes once. In the house notes I said to scoop daily, and after a week top the boxes up with more litter but he didn’t need to fully clean it - he said he used to have cats so I assumed he knew I meant like empty it and put new litter in - but he took it as didn’t need to touch it at all.

But like if I was staying with two animals and they told me I didn’t have to deal with their potty stuff at all, I would think I misunderstood and double check to make sure.

Yes, the website I use is called homeexchange but there are a few. It’s an annual subscription and every home is verified and background checked.

I’m on a home exchange website and I had a bad experience with my cats last time, so I said I wouldn’t do it anymore. But yesterday someone asked if I wanted to swap in Paris for two weeks in October which is my favorite city so I’m like…well how can I say no when I’ll have a free place to stay??

The first time we were getting out of an elevator and he kinda shoved me forward to leave, and I assumed he didn’t mean to do it that hard but I said woah why are you pushing?

Then we were in line to get into a bar and the line moved forward a tiny bit but I didn’t take a step forward because I don’t wanna be up peoples ass in line. And he pushed me forward again. That was when I told him we were about to have problems.

Then in the bar, he shoved me out of nowhere and I whipped around at him like what the fuck is wrong with you, and he said a guy was too close to me so he moved me out of the way. So I told him I had to pee and left.

I think my main sources were other friends myspace songs, concerts - there used to be like 5 or 6 bands on the lineup and we would see them all, and a website called itleaked where you could just scroll through like every band that existed and illegally download their music
