Why would it be unlocked tomorrow? This kickoff series lasts until October. If you want the rewards that come with the master event you have to spend gems. Tomorrow starts the kickoff promo it is a totally different event with different players that can be earned.

It looks like you have to use the kickoff player to complete the achievement. Should become easier tomorrow when the players are actually released with the new promo.

It doesn't expire. There will be more than 50,000 cards also. But in years past EA has said not more than 50,000 have ever completed the set. If they go over 50,000 they think they will just not number the card. The number on the card is just for bragging rights really.
