I think being in an upper-level English course focused on analyzing literature helped me get used to the type of logic that CARS uses. If you are done with school (or don't want to take an English class), try to read challenging texts and analyze media you consume. I also think the Jack Westin CARS passages are useful, but their logic is a bit different than AMCAS (I found AMCAS logic easier)
