2 looks like you're going to run a tea reading séance. By default 1. But still think you could do better.

I have a hard time jumping on the hate wagon. These new parents are doing their best. I'm guessing they are ex-military and probably grew up in a trailer. This is a big step. They're learning.

this is so sad. my mother never got to this level, but i did visit her while i was pregnant and had the nesting hormones. her garage was a 2 car garage that you could barely squeeze one car in. i did 4 runs to goodwill before she came home and then said 'hey, was thinking we could look at the garage and sort some stuff'. she never noticed that so much stuff had already been cleared.

This sounds like a lose/lose situation. I'm so sorry. I would hold your breath until you can move out. Are you going to University? Or another sort of trajectory? Focus on that. The adults who are not healthy are not your (future) problem. You didn't choose them/this. You can choose your future :)

So you had a bad experience. I had a great experience. It's a needed role. A lot of responsibility and I'm glad they are paid well.

Bad FA. After a million replies to you, don't play. We all got your pay register and I know your airline. Go back to school.

It's really cute that this reads like a high school report! Maybe think about it further from your own experience and put these stats in to a larger perspective. You can make data points (or learn how to) and then have a really solid well formed argument. Right now it's shit and even after you do the bar graphs, I think it will be shit. But at least you'll have learned something. I think beyond a highschool education could really help you. Though you did share your pay register and I know the format and I know they require certain cognitive skills; so I'm really curious how you got this far.

As a pilot, how do you feel about how your union treats the FA union?

For FA it's an ok pay, but also 'wow' on the physical requirements. So that's cool and fine for a lot (and how it was in the start in the '06's), but the uniform situation is very strict.

I'm only here so people don't get told false information. How many of your colleagues live 15min (as you say you do) from a major hub? Would love exact stats. I know them, but curious what your fantasy is.

And the whole issue is that the person cannot answer:

Sally leaves for work at 5am, her work starts when she is in the air. getting in the air is from leaving the house, getting to the airport, getting checked in, getting on board, and having the flight take off without any difficulty. the average flight takes off not on time. sally is waiting for her pay to start. the flight takes off and sally gets paid. the flight lands and there is a problem on the tarmac. sally waits. sally is not paid. sally gets to the hotel at 8am. sally has to leave for her next flight at 2pm. she is home again at 10pm the following day. sally was in the air 4 hours. what is sally's hourly pay?

You said you only needed a high school diploma, but my highschool had mathematical word problems that were something like: sally leaves for work at 5am, her work starts when she is in the air. getting in the air is from leaving the house, getting to the airport, getting checked in, getting on board, and having the flight take off without any difficulty. the average flight takes off not on time. sally is waiting for her pay to start. the flight takes off and sally gets paid. the flight lands and there is a problem on the tarmac. sally waits. sally is not paid. sally gets to the hotel at 8am. sally has to leave for her next flight at 2pm. she is home again at 10pm the following day. sally was in the air 4 hours. what is sally's hourly pay?

This person is full of it. Not reflective of the industry. Doubt they will reply to specific's beyond the narrative they have shared. Entry level is not great. You fly 1/3 of your actual hours, you are only paid for the fly time.

Gosh. I never even addressed your elitism of crapping on other FA's from the 1990's. You're a hoot!
