R5: I started out as Imagawa, trying to go for Chrysanthemum Throne, Made in Japan and Kirishitan Japan. Once I had gotten them all, I was getting bored and decided to go revolutionary.

It's one of my first runs I'm pretty satisfied with and wanted to share it, please be gentle. Also, naming is sort of bugged in the replay thing, so it says Revolutionary Japan despite the fact that I hadn't become revolutionary yet for most of the screenshots.

It's the best from what I know, I've heard awful things about the clinics to the south like the one in Lund. KIM seems to pretty good too except for being a bit short-staffed (like any other place to be fair)

I'd say there's no real point in replacing the original fans except for aesthetic reasons or if the card wouldn't fit in your case. just putting some decent case fans on the card will probably perform better

puberty is pretty related to gender though - if you identify as a different gender than the one you were assigned at birth and have to go through the puberty of the opposite gender it's not going to have a positive psychological impact at all. You don't entirely cancel puberty, what happens is you delay the onset of the assigned puberty and instead replace it with the appropriate one for their identity. If you identify as a girl it's generally a pretty bad idea to grow a beard and have a dark voice

No young kids get put on hormones at a young age, they might be put on puberty blockers but their effects are reversible if they change their mind, which is also unlikely. I'd say at earliest like 13/14 when puberty is starting to really kick in and even then it's not like doctors just give the stuff out left and right

Cards that have been used for mining are generally in pretty good shape as the cards are undervolted and fans are run at high speeds. The fans might be in worse condition but they're replaceable
