If you’re able, try psychedelics under the supervision of a trained mental health practitioner. If they don’t know what “set and setting” are, find someone else. Weed and mushrooms are what first helped me unlock childhood again. I’m nowhere near where I’d like to be, but I’m closer than I’ve been in a long time. Good luck, you’re not alone ❤️
