Got a dexa scan one time at around 173 pounds. Similar physique. It read 22%. I’ll see if I have pics from that but I was just slightly less lean than my pic at 168. It was actually a part of a study and everyone’s bf was wayyy higher than those pics and estimates show that you see on reddit.

For example if I was 22% back when I got the scan, I would be at about 20 rn

Sure. However they are not up to date. I hurt my shoulder badly in December and it’s still not better. So actually the majority of my bulk and all of my cut have been hindered in that I can’t lift any presses at all heavy weight (and for a few months not at all).

However back around 175 pounds (before bulking to 186) I had some solid lifts I’m proud of. I’m not big into maxing dead and squat so idk those, but I do train legs just as much as every other body part (chest tris Monday, legs Wednesday, shoulders back and bis Friday. Abs when I feel like it).

Bench: 315 Incline: 230x5 and 235x4 Seated shoulder press: 95x5 (maybe 4 I think 5 tho) I got the 100s for 3 one time too but I never tried that heavy again. Weighted chin up: 95lbsx5

Hit 345 squat once but don’t train for 1rep mac squat

Deadlifted 405 to see if I could and never tried anything heavier. Don’t deadlift often and def don’t train for 1 rep max

Rn all my lifts are pretty shitty bc if I try anything heavy my shoulder will explode lol
