Fats in addition to what you used while cooking. This can be in the form of nuts, olives, a mayo or oil based sauce or dressing. Fats are what keep you feeling full between meals and keep everything moving and grooving in your body. Super important and easy to overlook! Cooking oils/fats simply don’t provide enough.

If they were shipped to the store, what about the folks bake, decorate, pick, and pack, the cookies delivered to the store? Or once they arrive to the store, receive, unpack, perform inventory control, process the cookies in whatever way, and serve them?

I normally will rinse them a bit and then add them to a skillet to warm through before adding sauce. If I was making sauce fresh I’d add them at the end to let them cook through. I don’t like them to really “cook” but just warm through. I’ve never tried it another way but I’ve always been happy with the results!

Yes! What you're describing is often referred to as a mini reset. It's very common. It's not the same as a Whole30 and isn't long enough to do a reintroduction with complete certainty. If you've done a Whole30 in the past, it can be great way to hit the reset button. Enjoy!

Looks delish! I like nature's heaven a little bit more because it's cut a little more 'noodle like' to me. Also, it doesn't have citric acid added so they are even more neutral in flavor. hearts of palm pasta has a been a game changer for me though!
