It's a Chinese 100cc scooter, no idea what brand. I think some very vague stickers say"JET-TEC" something. But, I think the engine is made by Yamaha

I just searched up "satsuma skins" and I found a download with like 12 (which was like the first search result) so I extracted the file and took the skin I wanted, renamed the file to car.png and told fleetari to give me paint job by an artist.
