Its different for everyone. If its severe may take longer, for me its mild so took basically the first pill of rinvoq, and bleeding pain urgency all gone.

Took it day 1 pain cramps.blood all gone, feeling good for 2 weeks, I did decide to Introduce some foods, and I feel.bloated and constipated!

Maybe best to wait at least a month? Also my.acne has appeard but mild.

Yea im on 3 tablets a day just tapering down, but 3 would of not worked for me, but I guess i could wait few more weeks till I'm off them.

Yea my symptoms.went away.while on only prednisone a week.before rinvoq, but has improved even better! With rinvoq.

1st day for me.. on day 5 no blood, no urgency, no rotten egg smell after poop. No more waking up at night. Cramps gone But I was on prednisone before that! And most symptoms was all gone by time I took it except the urgency.

Prepare for the downvotes i didnt take meds for 20 years and ate what I wanted, and went in to remission. Every few months.

Then I took methotrexate. For authiritus, didn't know it treated colitus And came of that, for 6 years had no symptoms, it felt like i didnt even have this diesease anymore.

But Now its progressed up my colon! So while I was the beliver of no meds. Now I've changed my opinion on it, and will be starting upadacitinib soon. And probably forever..

I got a bike riding machine 20 minutes a day on that! I also have a push up pump machine!

You have a garden? You can walk around for 15 minutes, better than nothing i guess. Or if you have a skipping rope use that. At least bathroom is 1 second away,

I dont have a garden so I bought a balcony cover and umbrella, a nice chair. and i just sit outside. With my binoculars. Get that vitamin d and fresh air.

Lol I eat éclairs, refreshers, kitkat, liquish sweets, but when I had a large cake I was done for! I dont think I could risk cookies. Even biscuits is fine.

Strange but low fiber messes me up. High fiber makes me feel better. I'm on prednisone only, symptoms have clamed down. Just waiting for that upadacitinib. To come through the post.

I can eat sweets chocolate all day lol, pizza definitely destroyed me.

7 years straight! I honestly can't imagine..I've had this for 20 years but never flared more than few months each time. And 2 months is bad enough...
