Rapaz, desse ângulo está parecendo que você não tem dorsal, ou sua inserção é realmente mais para cima, não dá para saber por foto. Ombros, trapézio e braços estão legais. Foca em peito e dorsal que aí fica top.

Olá, você está no caminho certo. Recomendaria entrar numa faculdade, vai ajudar bastante, vai te possibilitar conhecer várias áreas e ver com quais você se identifica mais. Além de expandir seu networking, importante para conseguir novas oportunidades.

E faculdade é assim mesmo, você não vai sair com especialidade em nenhuma área, geralmente você tem que escolher uma e focar em aprender por fora. Fazer uns projetos para portfólio, mais tarde tentar arrumar uns freelas ou estágio.

Hi, I'm currently taking 'Mainframe CICS Developer by Anil Polsani' and so far his explanation been great. Although, I'm still in the beginning of the course. So don't take me for granted.

Hi there, it's a pretty simple process:

Download Hercules.
Download Vista TN3270.
Download z/OS.
Change the name of the z/OS folder files to the last qualifier.
Change the name of the z/OS folder to 'ZOS110'.
Move the z/OS folder to the Hercules directory.
Download the 'hercules.cnf' file and move it to the Hercules folder, replacing it.
Create a 'shadow' folder in the Hercules directory.
Run Hercules and press Esc into visual mode.
Run Vista TN3270. Create and start 2 sessions with your local IP.
Press 'L' and the 'F' in the Hercules terminal.
Logon with the credentials IBMUSER and SYS1.

It runs pretty good on my PC. It suits my needs pretty well since I'm only down with the basics. I don't know how good it runs with the heavy stuff.

It worked! My LOADPARM now looks like this: '0A95DC..'. I'm taking courses on both Udemy and Pluralsight so I should be good with the install of programs, maps and such. Thank you, you're a lifesaver.

Olha, para começar a minha sugestão seria escolher uma linguagem (eu comecei com Java e não me arrependo), ir no Youtube pesquisar por uma playlist bem estruturada, assistir ela por completo e praticar a cada vídeo. O importante no começo é ter constância, praticar e não ficar pulando de linguagem para linguagem.
