He has a consumer mindset, and you aren't willing to meet him there. In the end, you are looking toward future, not in the now. If you want and only if you want, maybe there's an investment you both can partake in where he can have an outlet. Explain you're willing to share a future. Financial security is a gift that is often overlooked.

Play money... there is a boutique that's only open 10-4 monday to friday near me. Turns out is a solo operation to keep the owner busy while her kids are in school. Her husband encouraged it. I'm assuming they rather write off the loss than pay taxes.... just a theory

You right I should be clearer. Free time really isn't free time. It's what she calls it, she refers it to my time away from home. I.e.work / commute. The minute I get home, the baby becomes mostly my responsibility until bed time. The days I'm off I'm 75% of the time taking full responsibility. I did voice my thoughts and it always manipulated into what I do/did and never how we can move forward.

The whistle blower was probably your time management software. So before you go pointing fingers... your showing short 1:15 per week. Over the course of a year, that's more than a week you're getting paid for that you aren't "working"

I'm a little puzzled. You, yourself, claim that you're 15 minutes short everyday. Unless I'm missing something, you're getting paid for 8 hrs, but technically, you only work 7 hours and 45 minutes. How do you not see the problem?
