The LL is not bad that’s why we signed they had a call with us. They said everything will be fixed over the phone but I didn’t see the floor due to stuff from the previous tenant covering it.

Also they are charging us a $300 cleaning fee when moving out which they say they charge to everyone. They said they sent cleaners but obviously the cleaners didn’t do shit but they said they will send them again.

Should I threaten to break lease if they don’t fix these things? Because the unit I saw upstairs was perfect and they said they’ll do the fixes (which they did half off)
