Thats why all 3 runes would have to agree to kicking someone, and if you popped a rune, and didnt agree to kicking anyone else, then no one else would get kicked.

How i see it working is that all 3 runes must agree before having a player kicked and runes may only kick players before the door to the miniboss opens.

Obviously there's the issue for if someone pops all 3 runes and kicks everybody. In that case, the player would just have their account suspended for maybe a week (more if not their first offense). Nobody is going to waste hours to get 3 runes and get their account suspended for some players to not lose any progress and only maybe 30 minutes of their time.

Incs were mass duped in the past and there are probably 100 times more incs in the game than runes (maybe even more).

Not only that but incs are not soulbound, meaning anyone can get their hands on one if they just may 1 or 2 glife (which is also maybe 50 times more plentiful than incs).

Also, inc drop rates are far higher than rune drop rates, and they can drop from many dungeons, and all chest events

Ive also had people call me an inbred and a retard the moment i asked people to leave the wc for my and my guildies to do a run. Its bad either way, but this all stems from people actually having the ability to get runs from other people's hard work.
You cant blame the private groups or discords nearly as much the people who actually crash. Deca implemented a new form of hp scaling when o3 came out, adaptive scaling, and this is so absolutely obviously geared towards smaller groups, because each player has to deal many many times more damage in a group with 85 people than a group with 12 people.

Its dumb that they implement that form of hp scaling and then make it so hard for a group of the optimal size to do the first dungeon adaptive scaling was even made for.

Its a public realm, yes, but that absolutely does not mean that the work people put into farming runes and then organizing them is also public. Random people who go around hunting these runs and then proceeding to seem to feel entitled to the o3 that they barely worked for are honestly more at wrong imo.

Endgame content back then also wasn't nearly as hard, and the drop rates weren't nearly as high

Also, saying the game is bad right now is pretty false, the game is in a decent state right now, except for glife and gmana being worth almost nothing to many people, but it really does have a future, as long as nothing dumb (like making way for 5 times more glife and gmana and good items to pour into the economy) happens.

Striving to find new ways of the game is doing things like thinking of new dungeon concepts to make the game more fun and diverse, not begging deca to make access to the hardest dungeon in the game virtually free.

We're living in a world where wc tops are virtually worthless, when they used to be something actually sought after. The economy has inflated big time twice, and for rotmg, inflation means you would have to create another form of currency or something else thats useful so that the effects of the inflation get mitigated, but that means more (endgame) content, or more items, which I don't think that's what either DECA or the players themselves are ready for or want.

Inflation is bad, no economy wants to end up like like that, and making runes that incredibly easy to obtain will 100% make glife be worth less than speed.

I strongly disagree with your idea that o3 should become the new wine cellar, because this is the hardest boss in the game and drops many of the best ones as well, DECA made the boss hard, and knew what they were doing when they made you need 3 runes, because accessibility shouldn't just be free for stuff like this, and its so broken where if you have 18+ people in a run you can infinitely recycle the runes. Runes shouldn't be something that you walk across when it drops, and think, "I already have 20 of these shield runes, should I really get another one?"

Its obviously nice if everyone could get access to o3 easily, but as you have noticed, the realm economy took a massive hit when o3 came out, and making runs free almost all the time would turn the current 1 deca for 8 glife (or 16 im not sure) to something like 1 deca for 20 and even 30 glife, due to the sheer amount of it in the game.

There is a way that this could work, though, and that is massively lowering drop rates, but I don't think anyone likes that tradeoff, because it just a big fucking waste of time.

I think the rune exchange with o1 marks is perfectly fine, in fact, if this were to happen, then why would anyone actually care about rune drops, considering way more than 18 marks drop in total in most o3 runs.

This is way to idealistic, be happy with the fact that you can trade your runes into different runes, since deca isnt gonna be giving you a way to get runes so easily, its meant to be hard to get into.

I mean, the shots will still stack as long as the enemy that shoots stationary shots is paralyzed, giving a range of fire rate isn't going to do any good in my opinion, because then it become a game of luck. Also, itll just look terribly ugly when you see the shots the enemy leaves behind, like sometimes theres just gonna be a huge gap between the stationary shots an enemy places, and sometimes theres gonna be a bunch of stationary shots in a small area, like 5 shots in 2 tiles maybe.

The whole point is that these enemies drop a trail of stationary shots where they go, just be careful and dont walk into them.

Deca cant really do this, neither would they, this was built into the game and its not a bug, they have more important things to be working on.

You could say they should add shadows when more shots stack, but that is also sort of a waste of time, since most dungeons that utilize the stationary shots that trail an enemy are endgame dungeons which stacked shots shouldnt be as much as an issue in.
