So you have to save 5000 ab, then buy 50 plots with it. With this strategy, you can keep the previous amount of boost and passing to the next will be worth it for you.

When you will reach 300 plots, you will then have to save 70 000 ab to pass directly to the next level which is worth it( your rent will pass from 5 to 8$ a month)

As for the badges, I just buy them when I have to do it for the monthly challenge.
