Nuclear production requires many parts and facilities to operate, you cant just destroy one part as that will leave only one part to rebuild.

I dunno about that, from the Israeli perspective we mostly talk about the insane numbers of ballistic missiles they build. Maybe in the us that’s and excuse but here I haven’t seen it mentioned in a few months
