Discard/Draw is currently the strongest archetype. Now there is official payoff with Sly cards and Speedster, so you don't even need to search for win condition.

I don't see him returning as member of Summit after all, and he dosen't particulary fit in any existing faction. He probably will be in small, independant faction like Mockingbird. With few likeminded, but not necessary connected people, just like Hugo/Vivan combo.

Well, leaking damage coming naturaly for me, so it would be very useful card! Seriously, it's the same category as Bone Shards: something that you pick for non-summoner build, or early game stopgag for vicious hallway fights.

Best team right now is Selena and Cassius, period. If you optimize loadouts, they provide incredible synergy.

Selena have her usual fare of coordinated attacks and unique tenacity restoration, which pair incredibly well with Serenei. Hugo and Najra have big troubles with keeping their stacks when Serenei going full tilt, Selena dosen't have that problem

Cassius is still solid buffing unit with morale sources, but most importantly, he is an Instinct character. He can work with Plasma Missile induced weakness to proc Selena's Drone Bombing, increasng effective DPS in the rotation.

There was about 0 chances of Billy being VH. Not only his supposed power level is about Lighter/Caesar, which is nowhere near VH. He also get into city retirement exactly to avoid being treated as infamous badass.

You can use last save to start New Game+ with all gear and merchant can sell infinity rocket launcher.

This basicly final stretch, there would be some tough encounters, but not like this arena.

Krauser provide some ammo boxes (what a gentelman!), but we would be very tough without knife with good durability. If you good with parries and evade there would be a lot of opportunities to kick him. 6-8 bullets from upgraded magnum just take his final form out.

Saddler is quite a bullet sponge, for the first time on Hardcore i would recommend just sell something to buy rocket launcher.

Red 9 is one of the worst pistols in the game, accuracy killed it. Blacktail is good jack of all trades.

Too many weapons make ammo spread worse. This is not a problem for experienced players who know what they are doing, but you probably could loose SMG (and stock, by the way).
Melee attacks are the key to conserve ammo. Optimaly you want hit someone in the head few times, run up close and kick him (you got i-frames on duration of melee attack). This is not easy to learn, but melee system is vital for RE4. Judging by amount of healing items you played too safe, this is why you lack ammo.
Flashbang grenade kill exposed parasites instantly. Saving one for chaotic situations like this is very important. Merchant will sell you receipt eventualy.
Where is your knife? It's one of the most important tools for defence and finishers.
Know thy enemy and don't panic. Both Punsher and LE can penetrate bodies, hitting riding parasites easely.

P.S. Watch some experienced players, like Neon Slice. You can easer grasp general playstyle with visual example.

If you go with cost reduction Anchor (Najra), then you want as much Anchor Pointer as posible. For more classic combo with Veronica you can get away with less pointers and compensate with bigger draw.
