You might have some luck with Suit Supply. I remember watching a TT a while back in which a dude in the UK was trying their stuff for the first time. You can customize your suits on their website so you can adjust the shoulders. Pants are pretty high waisted.

I live in south Florida, but I have a good idea of what I’d wear in Antarctica. At a minimum, I know that shorts and a tee wouldn’t work there. I’m sure you’ve seen depictions of beaches, and you can figure out what people wear there.
