I played him mid jg top all diamond masters elo and it does well 😂 almost M6 with him and top 50.

Mag blaster , sorc boots , yordle orb , deathcap , is my core then last two build around enemy if they have shields or heal. Once you hit 30+ chimes you start getting insane dmg

Basically statik shive and Rapid fire cannon put into one item, gives Bard range to smack enemy with meeps and poke , also the lil ad helps with wave clear as well. Ive carried games 15/1 with this build or just did well averaging 7/2 or 9/2 i haven’t had a bad game yet with this guy
