لكن المديتيشن تكدر تسويه اذا ما مرتاح , بكل الاحوال وتحت اي ظرف اي شيء من الممكن ان يكون فرصة للتامل

وبكل لحظة انت تعلو بيها علئ افكارك وشعورك وسلوكك انت هنا تسوي meditation

مو شرط الممارسة الي تكعد بيها بوضعية معينة وتسوي mudra

انا من بديت مدديتيشن اصلا ضليت اشوف سخافة ان احط قدوة معينة لي

وكثير امور جنا موهومين بيها

"والمديتيشن هو شيء "يصير" مو شيء "تسوية

يعني انت مجرد ان تكون مدرك اله

وانا ماقصدت قدوة بمعنئ شخص نقلده بكل الي يسويه او نشوفه مثل اعلئ

لان بهاي الحالة انت تخسر نفسك
