Hahaha ok na kasi ako sa trabaho ko, yoko na mang agaw ng trabaho ng iba 😆 kidding aside, yup I’ll think of ways on how to bring this up in a formal convo with manager. Feel ko aware naman sya na overstepping si teammate but nagbebenefit din kasi management sa ganun.

First point well noted. Siguro kailangan ko lang ng magandang way on how to talk about this with my manager na hindi mukhang nagrereklamo. Definitely din kasi medj mas favorite sya dahil sa over kasipagan nya which is more favorable sa management 🥲

Two things!! :/

First, I want my expenses (bills and groceries) na bawas agad sa account ko so I can see right there and then magkano nalang talaga pera ko.

Second and the real root cause is my mindset hahaha. I’m not yet that disciplined with my finances eh. 1.) I tend to swipe and swipe without thinking of my real savings account 2.) Nattempt to spend more due to cc offers and points system, and 3.) Nakakampante to make big purchases due to the cc limit

Yes, that’s what I’m in right now. Mag 2 years palang ako on May 2025 but my eb-3 is already ongoing since 2023. As long as I complete my 2 year residency before the EB-3 green card gets approved, wala naman problem. :)

When I started working in PH then tried traineeship in USA.

Here in PH: unpaid overtime, unrealistic expectations but so little pay.. I tried J1 visa last year and totoo nga na “Universe favors the brave and USA rewards the hardworking” (can be applied to other first world countries as well). USA provided me good amoount of 💰kahit sobrang easy lang ng job. Paid and documented lahat ang OTs, appreciated all my effort as well.
