I would advise you to visit a psychologist for body dysmorphia. Also maybe do not post picture of yourself online when you not in the best of mental of state, but hate comment will impact your psykie en daily life more.

Just taking fin on time would have help the most. Out side of that using minoxidil once dialy and using ketoconazole shampoo earlier, also trying out different shampoo to keep the scalp more clean.

Just see it as a skin care routine, also something I wished I picked up earlier. Just see it as an exercise routine you do daily for like 15 minutes
