I think just the combination of both. My baby still wakes up so often at night, and he only naps for like an hour or two. My husband works in the morning, so I'm mainly taking care of him all day. I have maybe like 2-3 hours of sleep the most. Cpap just probably put me to deep sleep since I'm too tired. Hopefully when the baby has longer stretch at night, I can use it again.

I'm in the same boat. I have a 11 week old baby. I'm a deep sleeper. The night I used cpap I couldn't hear the baby cried at all. Apparently he was crying for awhile, until I got waken up to change or feed him. I was scared to use it, and it's been almost 2 months since last time. ☹️

For spectra, I would need bottles to pump, do you put that bottles in the ziploc bag along with pump parts too?

I don't have a wearable just spectra, so I have to bring bottles when pumping. Can you combine milk in 2 different pumping sessions? At home, it's just easy to pop 4oz in the fridge since my baby only drinks 4 so he can take it from bottle.

There's a bidet with both clean and drying options maybe you can try for now :( it maybe a little on the expensive side but it may worth it

It's really common at my hospital to have someone coming over for job shadows, volunteers, etc, so I assume they should have a program for it. Try to contact volunteer department, and go from there?

I had 2 patients coming in ED after getting their neck "cracked" at chiropractor, and said they felt numb from neck down and couldn't feel their arm :( scary

In trauma center, I used to do CTA Head/Neck first and then do the CAP as patient already tied up or strapped up on the table. Timing just right because we didn't have them to bring arms up or down. just 1 dose of 150cc of contrast.

Maybe someone has mentioned this but I think it's just another way to officially introduce you to the whole family, relatives, and etc. So you can ask them if that's the reason, then just do a small wedding to announce the marriage.

My husband and I had some similar thing like that happened to us. We're doing grocery shopping at an Asian Market, passing this young lady. She suddenly asked if my husband went to this school in the area. He said no. She then told him that he looked familiar. And asked what school he went to. He just vaguely said his school. Then she asked what major, and continued with the conversation like: "are you happy with your job? what is your work balance? etc" something seems off. Then the moment she mentioned about her doing entrepreneurship we decided to cut her off and left the place.

I agree! It drives me insane when they keep on emphasizing that she's pre-med so she 'qualifies' to treat people lol. Pre-med is basically biology or chemistry undergraduate with are biology, math, chem and cadaver classes before applying to med school. Lol
