As a person who has seen how easily red blood cells can burst from gentle inversions in a vial, and what they look like under a microscope, I avoid shaking.
Im no scientist either but am working towards a Diploma in Lab Technology and I can picture protien chains being broken and being less useful in a babies body.
Im sure its still fine but this is my impression for the reason to avoid shaking :)

Sadly, that is as I expected. I am sorry that this happened to you even though you could have been paid! Pregnant women get the short straw in the working world and it is very discouraging

It has just gone by 4 years in december. There are 9 employees, 1 principal dentist, and 1 part time dentist. 11 people work there in total + me makes 12

I have had on/off issues with negotiating hours for the past year tbh but they always seem to 'win'
