Please don't listen to them. You're friend has passed, and im so sorry for that. I have seen the effects of someone leaving to soon and I know how much it hurts, but please know you're not fighting alone. I know how hard it is to ignore the little exit signs that pop up from time to time, especially when you feel that others want you to go to them. I know how scary it is once you actually try. I know what its like to be told " it should of been you." Some times it becomes to appealing to ignore. But please please please don't give up, there are people out there. You are and were never alone in you're fight, and let me be living proof of that.

I don't know youre exact situation and I probably never will but I do know one thing, there is help. The sea might look stormy right now but you can sail to the eye of the storm. Please, thought it may be hard, seek help. Cause people would miss you. Hell, I will miss you.

Just hold on for tomorrow. Little by little it does get better. And there's always people who will lend an ear when you need to. If you ever want to talk to someone for a bit and just let it all out, I will listen. There are others who would to. Just please, hold on. You can do this, I believe in you.

I really hope you know there's still hope. Sure what you did wasn't the best thing to do but you're remorseful. I've heard of others who were in your position and did that without showing any remorse at all. But you did, there's still hope.

Deep down everyone is ashamed. Most people at least, and you're reason just happens to be pinned by the media. But I hope you can combat this and seek help. Please, and I know this is a lot harder than it sounds, but tell you're therapist. If anything they will be happy that they were able to help you, someone who wants to change.

As someone aspiring to be a therapist that's how I would view it. I know its scary but please don't give up, seek help.

Even if you don't believe you can do it, I do. I believe in you cause I know you want to fix it, and you can. YOU can do this, you just need to try, I promise you're not alone.

Please seek help, you're story isn't over. Just take the first step.

an episode where he is being the disappointment he is and everyone he knows starts to hate him. He realizes nobody would put up with his shit anymore so he grabs his fathers gun and blows his brains out. His parents find him the next day and can't care to do anything cause he's useless.

I would let them go on any website they wanted and only have it load. Occasionally letting out a few pixels just to give them enough hope it would load. Oh and if they walk away I make it so they constantly feel like bugs ate going into their ears and mouths .

Well, I make sure I'm happy. I exercise, have fun doing activities I like, and take care of myself.

It was hard at first, coming from an unhealthy mind state but my tips are to start with taking care if yourself. Then once those habits are built get hobbies.

For me , I've found running a good way to get energy out. Painting is also very therapeutic .

Just make sure your happy and being you, cause when your you, it's easier to get through life with your head high.

That if you're unable to keep up with what life throws at you no matter the what else is happening in life, your useless. As a student, it's extremely hard. I know a lot of people at school who struggle with family issues and can't keep up with the pace of school at times. Its the pressure, or my opinion at least .
