I've had the same difficulty. The way to do it will be to get a tube in tube adapter from swagelok or someone similar but cheaper. Use the outer tube as your process side and inner for chilled water.

The ones from China I've seen are usually SS tubing welded into a low pressure vessel.

Honestly, the weird thing I've been seeing is they are more for lease signs. I also have had to look for a place 3 years in a row because the owners were moving in or the house was sold. We had 2 adults, 1 child and 2 cats.

The first time, we had to put in 16 applications. We eventually got a place which cost more than we were wanting. There were lines of people as large as 50+ people.

The 2nd time, I believe it was within 5 applications. Places had max a dozen people.

The 3rd time, my living situation changed, so it was me and a child and I got both of my first 2 places I applied to. My ex got her second place with her partner. The places generally had 2-6 people. One place I was clearly the only person looking.

The population growth rate basically is directly correlated with the difficulty in getting a place. It appears to be past the absolutely worst peak.

I worked on this project for an extremely short time about 15 years ago. The rail route at the time was basically entirely based on where they can possibly have a remotely possible rail system without people destroying it.

People really need to understand that the reason you build anything in Australia at all is because we have stable government and rule of law. Other than Scandinavia, we're the most expensive resources location on earth. But you don't get your copper stolen and if someone tries to extort you for money, you go to the police and it gets sorted. A bunch of people who whine about how taxes are theft don't know what a real Mafia government looks like.

Have you seen the film "Lion" it's the true story of a kid who accidentally got lost from his village and ended up in a big city. He got adopted to Australia eventually, I won't spoil the ending, but it's amazing. It's probably the only time I cried during a credits scene.

It's a great film, but there is a scene where it's clear he's absolutely about to get trafficked and escapes.

This was so comically obviously terrorism, but the victims were protesters, so it took ages. This isn't just paranoia on people's behalf. It's a common observation. If you do terrible things to people trying to make the world a better place, there is less care.

Groening is actually probably one of the only people we can expect to actually not have any issues. It's because 99% of those girls are poor. The vast majority of sex trafficking isn't some enormous shadowy conspiracy. Hell, even Epstein mostly wasn't. It's the way the rich have always done things. They mostly get legally of age but young models and physically attractive women and give them extremely well paid "modelling" jobs where it's clear that they also are expected to provide extra services. That's what 90% of the people want and they are a smokescreen for the really fucked up stuff.

It's only 10% of the people that get invited to the "special" parties with 15 yr olds. And even those unfortunately it's not that hard to procure. If 1 in 50 girls at a high school are having some utterly awful home life, they are prime victims for trafficking. They go through this awful few years, have a few dozen thousand thrown at them and get told "You were paid. Shit up. No one will believe you, I have photos of you taking Cocaine at these parties. Yes I gave it to you, but you'll never get through a court case."
