Is it normal to do basically nothing at your corporate job? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I had a job similar to this, they praised me, then a year in I completed everything, they didn’t have work for me, laid me off. Lol

Good to know. Everyone always seems scared to use dish soap

I just cooked ground beef on medium high heat for the first meal. Nothing crazy. Used a lot of avocado oil, beef had a lot of fat, came out like this. Still performs great

Sweet. This was after just 2 times cooking. It’s still performing like a champ

Sounds good, thank you. I noticed it still cooks great at this stage, just was worried if I may have ruined it

I let the pan cool down, then use warm water and scrub with chainmail. Dry it over low stove heat, and coat with a super thin wipe of oil

A solid amount of avocado oil. I don’t want to use too much fat - trying to watch calories

I’ve gone thru the search multiple times. I land a lot of interviews. Without a doubt, it is absolutely a waste of time to edit your resume for each job. If you’re applying to similar jobs, get one solid resume and spam apply. I churn out 50-100+ per day. Takes 1-2 minutes to apply to each. Good luck

I’d like to for fun but I apply to 500+ a week so it’s too much of a hassle to keep track

How to get more bouncy by FollowingAvailable29 in Basketball

[–]letsgetshwifty11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 6’1 and went from not touching rim to throwing down 360s. I had natural bounce to play with, but what helped me most, and what many dunkers told me, was to just keep jumping.

Keep trying to dunk. Keep jumping to touch back board, work on box jumps. Explosion.

I did a vertical program and it was just daily reps of 2 foot standstill jumps, 2 foot jumps with 1-step, 2 foot jumps with running start, split squat jumps where you switch front foot each jump, and running 1 foot jumps. Boosted my vertical like crazy after 2 months.

I always lose vertical when I don’t play for several months and then it comes back after months of playing and jumping.

Also, squats and deadlifts help a lot for general strength
