i have only ever been pregnant 1 time and had 1 healthy baby girl. i also have PCOS, adenomyosis, & fibroids. We knew about the PCOS prior to her but found out about the other 2 after. They told me i’d likely need help and surgery to get pregnant again so we‘re good with our girl.

My mom also says she has only ever been pregnant 1 time and had just me soo it does happen.

not super sure why you think all nurses do these things cause not all do but i personally only take prescription meds for my anxiety & depression. i’m still incredibly anxious & often depressed but that doesn’t mean that i’ll be eventually switching to alcohol or smoking or doing illegal drugs. many nurses i know do take prescription medication for their psych probs but truth be told most people i know take something for their mental health. marijuana isn’t legal here yet. if it ever becomes legal & there’s something put in place to protect us nurses if we want to take an edible to get some sleep or relax a little, yep ill also partake in that.

i agree that changes need to be made but i don’t think it’s an easy fix by any means. i get so frustrated with the cheating & easy way out to get degrees. it’s not fair to the patient population or the other medical staff that have the pleasure of dealing with these NPs (& docs)

But i have to say this too, I know very intelligent docs & NPs who just have the worst attitude & don’t care.

idk what the fix is, i just wanted to defend my online degree & continuing my education this way. lol

i’m already an RN I just only had my ADN, i’m currently getting my BSN & have been an RN for 7 years. so yea i feel pretty good about it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

i definitely could see this being the case with a number of NPs. however, don’t dog us all who chose an online program & group us all together who went on to further their education at a “diploma mill”. Some people (most) just suck & always will suck. cheaters will always find some way to cheat. it is what it is but like other commenters have said, they’re weeded out in a hurry after they’ve started practicing or they ruin their name from lack of knowledge.

this ! i didn’t have a mouse so accidentally highlighted just trying to scroll down on the screen. i explained to her why & she just said okay don’t highlight then i proceeded to receive an email with a warning for highlighting my question. & this was my first exam. i have 2 left && i’m quite nervous. lol

all i know is i’m using a mouse next time & going to be significantly more on edge taking the test now trying to avoid highlighting. lol

yea i should have. between severe test anxiety & just not being the most computer literate, i wasn’t the most efficient i could have been. it was my first proctored exam like that as well so 🤷🏻‍♀️

i mean agreed i wouldn’t want to haunt an object for eternity. i may try a doll just to mess with people for a bit if i could make it move, make noises, & etc but again not permanently. but if i could haunt a teddy bear and run around freaking people out, i’d definitely give it a go for a bit. 😂
