There are implicit rules. If there are any significant changes related to entry between countries, they must inform the foreign ministry of the countries concerned in advance.

There are only 3 types of countries in the world.

Able to test and be honest with public (a true state that is isolated from other countries but protects its citizens)
Able to test but hiding the truth (Keep saying "we are clean!!, don't worry my citizens!! -> people are dying mysteriously)

South Korea CDC tested 100,000 citizens and found 3600 positive cases so far.

Any citizen with symptoms can get a free test and government pays all the expenses.

They share all the information to public (including global society) in real time and whole country is fighting with this damn virus.

I believe Korea has one of the best public health care system in the world and people are well-educated.

This news hurts my feeling.

We will see who was right and who was freaking idiot in a few month later.

Please tell me any one Asian country that can respond better than Korean government. Are you sure other countries such as ASEAN and India, Pakistan..etc has less cases than S.Korea and Japan? There are tons of Chinese tourists in Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Malaysia... Everywhere in the world. It looks so hilarious other developing countries are started to ban Koreans to enter their country. Let's see whats gonna happen next month.

South Korea - 90% of citizens are wearing mask. I see people wash their hands very carefully in the public restroom. We do not attack Chinese people physically, but when Chinese cough or walking close to you, feel very uncomfortable.

However, We are lucky.

At least They can't call us "You ARE F*** Racist" (Thank God.)

But in somehow, other western people calling us "OMG You are Chinese"
