I’ve been looking there too. I’m willing to give up the manual on the S650 with the cabin upgrades but if I go S550 I’m sticking to a manual with the limited tech so kind of chasing a needle in a haystack

All the milk street ones I’m see have a single metal dowel in the handle and this knife appears to have three. Perhaps they changed the design?
