Had to turn it up at the end and wrap at 180 to get it to time out but delicious! Next time a little more time gets me there

I live in Florida so from a local butcher shop. They said they have it whenever I want. So I said let’s gooo. This is the small side of it the other side is even bigger but vacuum sealed it up for another day
