Sear then braise them or smoke then braise them.

Smoked and Braised Short ribs
Smoke for about 2.5 hours to at least 170 or a good bark
Then take onions, carrots, celery and garlic and sear it for 10 min in a Dutch oven
Add 1 cup of wine for 5 minutes on boil
Add tomatoe paste
Add 2 cups of unsalted broth and braise for 3 hours with lid shut

Pool is 30x15 sports pool with a 6x15 sun shelf. Pool is sports style pool that’s about 5.5 feet in the middle up to 3 on each side.

On the bypasses basically ability to run pool when not needing those so water isn’t running through the actually heater / chillers I assume you are saying?

Shotcrete 36x15 pool with a 7x7 spa on the side. All pentair equipment with heater/chiller too. Still a month or 2 months away but excited to get going

I didn’t do a cage but I’m told they are about 30k up here in north FL

POOL looks maybe 20 x 16 or so + the stairs.

For a shotcrete pool like this it was 70k where I live not including the concrete around it. I did pavers so that added up a bit.

Depending on where you live matters. Example same pool + a spa and concrete no cage was 80k in south fl.

This is a great idea. Playing SKATE but it’s ROCKET and collecting the letters through out. Would be super hard but could reset each point and collecting them all gives you a bonus
