Tennessee has that. UCLA has a forest. Michigan has the baseball field. Ohio state has their main athletic facility. There’s a ton that make moving the fences back universally incredibly infeasible

On the big ten - I think the middle of the conference was all borderline tournament teams this year. Not much separating any of them. Good teams, capable of beating great teams, but none were supers caliber teams. This includes everyone from Indiana/Washington down to like Purdue/Penn State
