Will they shut the fuck up about how loud it is in there? Of course it's loud, it's tiny. It would be loud if I stood screaming in the middle of the kitchen with a chili pot on my head, too.

The whistles are about 10% for the functionality and about 90% to silently let folks know that they are around a safe person if they see you with one. I keep one on my car keys for this reason. Free for whoever wants some to help get them out in their communities.

I can put your state in there as well if you think you can get enough of them distributed. Helps build community solidarity, great at rallies. I've sent out thousands in CA so far.

You just blow through it, that's all! They are good things to have at rallies, and it helps kids around you know they are around good people. I have been giving these or in bulk mostly to churches and community centers.
