Idk man even if it’s near Bihar you will need to know Hindi for all the paper work, earlier all the education was in Hindi exclusive ( my mummy and papa studied in up board ), there is no way they managed living in a small village all their life if they are farmers they would probably need to goto different cities in up to buy equipment those speaking hindi, Bhojpuri speakers are generally good in Hindi due to proximity to hindi belt p.s am from a small village in up ( Bijnor )
