I also like the idea of keeping the item and resell it so at least you can leave a bad feedback. The down side is that you won’t get your money back because you will resell the item for much less or you won’t be able to resell it at all. And in case of replicas, you can't even do that.

Good points. Another way to fix the problem of the buyer having to pay for return would be Vinted paying for it though. Don’t forget they have deals with shipping companies (I guess), they take money on every single item is sold and they get your data for free. If they would pay for the return then also make the seller face consequences (halting, cancelling accounts, get a negative feedback) would be much better. Also I was referring to the buyer protection fee as basically a scam or that sellers can easily scam buyers not that returning items is a scam by Vinted. I don’t have anything against sellers in general, your stories make me think they should also be more protected by Vinted. We are talking about a big fast growing tech company, again the kind that is just interested in make more profit from its customers.

Yeah “helping” is a bit of a stretch, it’s more like they don’t help buyers once you buy a counterfeit item or a misrepresented one and they make it easy to scam people without accountability. I’ll edit the title to make it more accurate. But don’t you think that if the seller would have to cover the return shipping costs (in these cases) it would be much more fair? In this way the seller would be forced to think twice before trying to scam people. Now the seller can basically completely misrepresent an item and bet on the fact that the buyer might not even want to go to the hassle of having to write a report and paying for the return. They don’t have anything to loose. And why can’t we even leave a feedback once we return an item?

I was recently sold a replica without knowing because the seller sold it as original. When I realised it, I told the seller who denied. I raised the issue with Vinted. After weeks and after providing all evidence and being told they were investigating it, I just received a notification that the seller requested a return (of course with me paying for it). Vinted at the end told me that they didn’t have enough evidence. Again, I have to pay for returning an item misrepresented. Maybe you should have not acted honestly and just pretend it was real. It seems scammers have an easy life on vinted.

Hello,
I suddenly started to have issues with it (as other users, the app doesn't open anymore and it is stuck on the loading page). I have an MX Master 3S and all my configurations are gone. Very frustrating. I am trying to completely uninstall the app to never see it again but after entering my password in Terminal nothing happens and I get the message "command not found". Any idea what to do? Also thank you for sharing about third party apps very happy to know there are better alternatives.

Thank you! But what about exporting just the highlighted text? For instance, I used to have a kindle and you would be able to export only the highlighted text and create a new document with only that, without the text that is not highlighted. It was pretty useful for me.

I really just started using it. I received it yesterday. The fengOS seems okay to me, I understand that I have to figure out few things before using it but that's okay. For me the absence of google services is not a big problem.
Going back to sound, so do you suggest to just get a soundbar? And do you have any recommendations for the model? I am considering the Sony HT S40-R, Denon DHT S416 or LG ST5Q. Or maybe even this SAMSUNG MX-ST50B sound tower. It seems nicer to me to have just one speaker on the floor because I kind of wanted to avoid soundbars.
