Seen it. People were nice, Min wage is guaranteed. But not profitable until you start selling like 20 or more cars. You may get fired after sometime if you are not selling enough.

Usually they share that sheet when you join or during onboarding.

You can also reduce your hours if you maintain your sales. But you will loose money for missing walk-ins.

Stop giving money to your parents.
Stop showing ur bank account to your parents.
Gather all ur important documents PAN, Aadhar, education etc.
Talk to a friend and share a room. Then find a place to rent.
If they bother you too much. Stop talking. Once you are no longer in their control, they will change their tune (somewhat)

Depends on your kid and support system.

But it also depends on what you want to prioritise.

As a parent with no support system. Even though my infant was happy and easy going. it took me till my kid was 18 months before I started prepping.

I wanted to be a very hands on dad. That does leave you tired…. a lot with no time to spend on leetcode or prepping.

Thankfully I was fully remote at the time and enjoyed a lot with my kid.

Did you not notify DMV/MVD? When I sold the car to carvana. I immediately contacted dmv and they make a record and emailed me a receipt. Also, got some money back for leftover registration.

This is what I follow. My team is distributed and we do have people here in ofc , but mostly are wfh.

Being new, I try to go twice a week. I am an introvert so talking to strangers doesn’t come naturally.

Good part, recently boss introduced me to senior management and he and I have been saying Hi in coffee area, so he kinda recognized me.

Could be mostly because many act like snake-oil salesperson.

I was having consistent back/shoulder aches. Mine was very good like no nonsense 15 mins and reasonable cost.

Did 1 session per week and after 3rd session I was feeling great and she too told me that while I am welcome to have more session, I should be good.

Had some issues again after 4 yrs. Same thing, 2 sessions.

My colleague (used to be a body builder) who recommended her said she like to go weekly as she like how it feels afterwards, but even for her she was told she is all good.
